  1. I would guess it will be removed in 0.26 like some of the other old parts.
  2. Test launch clamps at Dres. Test jet engine on an escape trajectory from Dres.
  3. The title pretty much sums up the idea, colliders for the existing terrain scatter.
  4. The title contains the question. --- Found the answer: 6000 meters. Mods, can you please delete this thread?
  5. I guess media release the this week and actual release either early next week or very optimistically Wendesday/Thursday this week.
  6. I noticed a minor GUI stretch bug and didn't know where else to post this. Screenshots and how to reproduce is in the imgur album below.
  7. The title sums it up, collidable terrain scatter. I don't know if this is possible but a mod that adds collisions to the existing terrain scatter would be awesome.
  8. Could a Delta-v and TWR window for every stage (not total or bottom stage ÃŽâ€V and TWR, every stage separately) be added?
  9. How should I install this when RSS has already been installed? Should I over write the RSS .cfg and .dll or should I just leave them be and only copy the BoulderCo folder to the Gamedata folder?
  10. For me it is similar but as for the reactor, my question is "Will it survive an anti-matter containment failure?".
  11. If lag and the 2.5km loading limit didn't exist, I would probably attempt to build (1:1) Sci-Fi spacecraft from Star Trek (Borg Cubes), Stargate, Star Wars, Andromeda, etc.
  12. I use Mechjeb for rendezvous and docking nearly all the time. It is not that I can't rendezvous or dock but it is that I take way too long (usually over an hour in real time) to get a perfect rendezvous and docking. I sometimes use the infinite fuel cheat. Nearly all the times I use infinite fuel, it is because I was flying really inefficiently, but the craft itself should have had the Delta-V to complete the mission. I often use infinite EVA fuel on Minmus and the Mun. Usually because I landed in a sweet spot for science but don't feel like walking the way to a nearby biome and back. I do a lot more unmanned missions than manned missions. Mainly because I am concerned about the safety of the Kerbals, I simply cannot kill them on purpose, or leave them dead. I way overuse the revert and quickload feature. Usually to save Kerbals or to save the mission from my not-so-good (read: bad) piloting.
  13. Does this mod give accurate information with FAR installed (Delta-V, TWR, etc)?
  14. As a player who uses mods (read: mod addict), I don't think they're too unbalanced.
  15. Show off your pictures of Planets, Nebulae, Galaxies, etc here. Check out my 12-second exposure, shaky hand, Mars photos
  16. Here is where I get my flags from:
  17. My first docking was more of a rescue mission for the failed asteroid base (FASA asteroids) crew. which actually became an awesome space station with the appropriate name of 'Totally not an accident'. To be honest, the rendezvous was more complicated than getting the docking ports aligned, and then ramming the other port. EDIT: I was quite happy about finally mastering the two final skills of KSP (for me).
  18. Well, somebody already made some kind of a basic NBody plugin.
  19. Now to make two space stations, a telescope and a Shuttle, then reenact Gravity.
  20. I feel like KSP should definitely have more realistic aerodynamics and reentry damage. From the part side, I would love to see more procedural parts, engines and plane parts (wings, control surfaces, etc).
  21. I love building lifters that look really nice and get the job done, I also like building probes with the AIES Aerospace mod.
  22. I use docking mode because I find it easier to remember the keys I already use to pilot EVA Kerbals and tilt my ship.
