I uninstalled and deleted the folders and reinstalled everything. That fixed it. i think you have to launch the main game before you install the DLC pack to get it to work.

Thanks for the quick reply, Yes. I installed 1.7.1 The "/home/user/KSP_linux/readme.txt" file says ""Version 1.7.1".

I installed the KSP Breaking_Ground_Expansion. When I play in sandbox mode and look at the parts in the VAB, all parts in the Robotics tab are missing. The other parts look fine. How can I fix this?
