  1. I agree with your view, most of these kids probably use this language daily. If you don't like whats on there then delete it... This was an innovative idea here at the beginning but because of a little profanity the OP goes back and decides to punish everyone that has been working on this collaboration... Well if someone else has the time, please set up a google doc where we can all work on it again. Oh and maybe create 2 documents, one where you can write anything and another where it is filtered out. Another option would just be to use kyles list as the kid friendly list.
  2. if anyone has the time, can you please post the planet names. I might spend a little bit of time adding them to the science def file. anyways if you take a look at the sciencedef.cfg file located in gamedata/squad/resources/ you'll see each planet has parameters for what to display on eva,crewreports,goo science etc. example KerbinInSpace = We’re in spaaaaaaace! MunInSpace = You find yourself hurtling toward the surface at great velocities. KerbinSrfLandedKSC = Wait, didn’t we start here?

  7. Is it possible to include the version number within the thread name... I had no idea that this was even updated since 1.0 and i am sure there are others that are running on old versions just due to them not knowing.

It is pretty easy to add it to the tech tree, just check out the config file in the part folder and enter the lines TechRequired = survivability entryCost = 0 THIS IS BEFORE // --- editor parameters --- cost = 100 category = Utility subcategory = 1 title = Charge Meter manufacturer = LeemonCorp description = A visual indicator of the electric charge remaining for a vessel THIS IS AFTER // --- editor parameters --- TechRequired = survivability entryCost = 0 cost = 100 category = Utility subcategory = 1 title = Charge Meter manufacturer = LeemonCorp description = A visual indicator of the electric charge remaining for a vessel
  9. is it ok to post edited cfg files on here? spent about 15minutes editing cfg files for FUSTEK and Tri Hexagonal structures to make them pop up on the tech tree

  13. Using R4m0ns TreeEdit i attempted to follow Yargnits tree but with the Interstellar Tree added at the very end of it. It basically features the same type of tree as Yargnits, except with the added Interstellar Tree at the end. I tried to get parts to match up as best as i could for the two, and now i think its ready to go. you will have to do return trips to kerbin for the first couple of missions the radio transmitter is not released at the start. Also the first 3 techs are a bit cheaper. other than that just read up on Yargnits tree and take a look at the Interstellar tree and you'll get a good sense of what this tree is. Let me know what you think. I think it'll have to wait till r4m0n takes a look at it before it'll show up on the tree list.
