So I went on another mission to the Mun and with 3 accelerometers I got some 400 science. I returned the manned mission to Kerbin and landed the command pod and all the science instruments attached to it. I did not transmit anything. Instead of getting 400 science I got some 40 to 60 science. I just sent a probe to Jool to do orbital experiments and even with a 180 to 150 science output with a -80% transmit penalty I only get 2 science when I should be getting 20% of my results. Is this a bug? I have also seen one other post talking about the same issue.
