  1. Hi people! I'm learning how to program in a couple different languages but what language does KSP use? I know C++, Javascript, and python. What does KSP use?
  2. It would be great if you if you could make the fairings compatible with Deadly Reentry. But if not its fine.
  3. Mine was going to be- Bobsled design-An airplane with no landing gear but resting on two SRB and sliding is the easiest takeoff ever(it is called LANDING gear, not taking-off gear) Or something along the lines of that.
  4. Just a question about drag in real life; if you have a flat object and are moving it through the wind, other than the air you are pushing but is there more drag because you are pulling the air behind you into the vacume you may be creating? I only ask this because I noticed nose cones on the ends of some fuselages and wondered why they were there.
  5. This game is not supposed to be realistic at all, it is just a bunch of quick minigames that are fun. If you want a realistic game for your phone go get simplerockets.
  6. I used the 1.25m extended fairings with a small probe attatched to a strut inside (the stratipunk? how do you say it?)
  7. One question; I have this mod installed with deadly reentry and when I was testing the fairings, the things inside the fairings would get heated as if the fairings were'nt there. Why?
  8. "2. Playing on Stock Kerbin, want realistic levels of heat on reentry (i.e. faking an 8km/sec reentry): set the shockwave exponent and multiplier to taste; I suggest exponent 1.12 to start. You will need heat shields built for RSS." What is RSS and where do I find shockwave exponent and multiplier?
  9. Then you are going out of the atmosphere too quickly. By damage I don't mean explode, I mean make it so the docking port won't work but still be there.
  10. Does the atmosphere upon leaving kerbin damage unshielded docking ports and solar arrays, rendering them unusable? Or could I find this in another mod? It would allow for a practical use for fairings instead of "pretending" I need to protect my equipment.
