    Ok so no one responded to my previous question about problems with the decouplers, If anyone is reading this with the same problem the problem is the mod Kerbal Joint Reinforcement.

    I have noticed a problem with the DRE heat shield for the Mk. 1-2 pod, it causes any decouplers below it to fail. Any possible fixes?
