I have a dumb problem where radar will completely not work for me. I've re-installed twice and the vessel is within the 20 km range and flying, but not a single radar will lock on. This is very likely just a problem of mine because no one else seems to get this, but I would appreciate some help.

I also have this problem. I have built something larger than this with higher computer specs than yours, and the vehicle still lags me down to really low FPS. Only when I'm controlling it specifically though. If I'm in kerbal EVA right next to the thing it runs at a smooth 60 FPS. I can't think of anything that would cause this other than a mod bug. Graphics settings have no effect and changing the Delta T only masks the lag problem.
