  1. Hey Larry. The only way to get 100% return on goo or material experiments is to "take data" from the container or canister, store the data in a command pod and then return to Kerbin and recover the pod.
  2. Thanks for the craft file. This one has become my workhorse. I used it to finish out the last couple nodes in career mode with a trip to Duna. Thanks man! Wish I could design like this. Maybe I could but I cant stop backward engineering everyone else's designs. I suck.
  3. Hey Sabreur not sure if you are 100% clear on this, if you are please disregard. You can store all science in any command pod, not just the lab. Actually I have never tried to store experiments in the Lab because I never intend to recover the lab itself. As far as I know there is no limit to how many experiments you can store in a command pod but I personally have never exceeded 100. As already stated, use the lab to reset your goo and material experiments. Store all your experiments in your intended return craft, rinse and repeat.
  4. Yes, this is cool. I have been wanting to do an Apollo style mission. I have been designing my LEM and Cm, but now I will use the Lab and provide some real purpose for my mission. My favorite aspect of this game are the ideas and creativity of its community. I have learned so much reading this forum.
  5. Hello. New player am I. Here to send Kerbals to the Sky Some will burn, most will crash Kerbals will die, but I will shed not a tear More Kerbals will volun...tear onward and upward for Kerbalkind. Anyway, I already tried to post in a thread before introing myself. I saw a pic of a monstrosity and I thought I could share what I have already learned. I wont post much, more of a lurker. If I find that my meager know how would help someone I will share. Glad to be here, love the game Squad has made. Anyone remember Cogni-toy? They made a game called "Mind Rover" played the crap out of that. KSP is kind of a spirtiual successor to that old game, atleast in my mind.
  6. Hey ISmokeThis I am a fairly new player, never posted before. I learned a ton at the wiki site using the DeltaV charts. Recommend using Mechjeb or the engineer mod to display data on TWR and DeltaV. Once you make sense of this data which does not require a degree in physics your designs will become easier and more effecient.
