  1. I have used the M700 Survey Scanner over Minmus, gotten the resource overlay to show, and gotten a mining vessel into minmus' orbit. Now that its there, I cant see anything in the resource overlay. When I have Minmus selected as focus and open the planet cutaway tab I see the ore percentage in the tab, but it wont show the concentration map overlayed on the moon. I have the cutoff set to 0%, but no matter what it is set at nothing shows. The scanner is no longer in orbit, could that be the problem? Or do I need the surface scanner on my mining vessel? I have full signal strength, full power, and am sitting in a polar orbit under 55km. Any ideas on why I cant see anything? Thanks!
  2. I was able to reproduce the same game freeze with two different vessels with the (nearly same) scenario. I had a vessel in circular orbit around Earth at 400 km, increasing Apo to 500 km first, then circulizing. Then I activated the M700 Survey Scanner which says "minimum altitude to work 637.4 km" (or so). I let it go and increased Apo to 700 km. As soon as the altitude reached the mark of 637400 m the game froze. I had to CTRL + SHIFT + ESC to launch Process Explorer to kill it, game still in foreground, so hitting "KSP DEL ENTER", the Windows native "problem gathering progress" never finished (after minutes). KSP.log KSP-AVC Modlist.txt Modlist extracted from KSP.log.txt output_log.txt as 7z @ https://www.dropbox.com/s/b8t8aiwmaz2zyvc/2016-05-04-2%20KSP%201.1.2%20always%20crashes%20with%20M700%20Survey%20Scanner.7z?dl=0 I'm not a coder, but my intention says that it could have something to do either with AutomatedScienceSampler 1.1.2.0 (that is in the correct folder GameData\KerboKatz\AutomatedScienceSampler\ besides KerboKatzUtilities and UI but not listed by KSP-AVC in the modlist at all...?) Kinda "jitter" that occurs in the core game when passing the magic mark of 637400 m while the M700 is already active So here is the full modlist extracted from the KSP.log:
