I've heard that the magic's boulder code may still be in the game but can't be loaded due to changes made to the game after it was added. If this is true, where is it's coding in the game, and, more importantly, is it possible to bring it back by changing it's data?

The other day I was wanting to build an asteroid base. I was thinking that a regular, dull gray asteroid would be to boring. It would be best to find a MAGIC ASTEROID! But, I could not find anything, anywhere that could tell me if any asteroid was magic! So I had to alt-f12 kerbals to each asteroid to see if any where magic. Is there a better way to seek out these rare and elusive behemoths?

KSP 2 is going to be a fantastic game. I do have a small question, though. Will the Magic Boulder - the easter egg which disappeared after 0.19 - return in the sequel? After all, the only reason why it disappeared was due to engine limitations. KSP 2 will be using a new engine in a newer version of Unity, which means that Star Theory can restore the beloved boulder back to where it should be - in orbit around Ike. Even if they don't restore the Magic Boulder itself, there's still a chance that they can add the Magic Boulderoids (the glowing asteroids added in 1.3.3) instead.

I been wondering about the magic boulder for a while, I've seen conspiracy's pointing out pol is the new boulder?, I've seen people say that its probable orbiting kerbin in a polar orbit. But the most doable thing I've seen is that the magic boulder is a random asteroid texture, So My maiiiiin question is, is the magic boulder a random asteroid texture? if anyone knows.

So the magic Boulder is gone. So I ask let the magic Boulder be something not on the map but something on some planet that acts like an asteroid but has the magical texture. Let the community find it and carry it to where they want it
