Ships Bobbing up and down

[Whirligig Girl]

Having an odd bug. My ships sorta just bob up and down rapidly. It's not a physics thing from the looks of it, it's a visual thing. It's a bit hard to explain, and it happens everywhere. In orbit, falling into Kerbin's air, during landing, whatever. I think it's actually a camera thing.
