So, anyone interested in extending the SciFi related anomalies?

I do not know how/if possible, but the anomaly contracts by nightingale made the game much more interesting to me and other veterans.

I suppose it could be done with a combination of Kerbal Constructs, Contract Configurator, and Waypoint Manager, and maybe SCANsat too. I've been thinking of a similar concept, but I can't get my head around how to implement it except in the broadest terms.
