[WIP] AKV-200 Missile Tank

Recommended Posts

Featuring a stock rotating turret and Wheels

I was fairly angry when my Mega-Truck was attacked with no means to defend itself.

In these hard times giant trucks should have the right to self defense. So I have made something new.

Warning: Version 3 has many bugs right now and the wheels seem weaker. Use at your own risk. If you are not satisfied use version 2.

It basically is controlled the same way as the old mega-truck. The second version though is reliant on Jet thrust.

For Version 2 action-groups 9 and 0 toggle between forward and reverse thrust.

The firing system is pretty simple. Just aim the turret at the target and shoot.

Hot-keys 1-4 fire each of the 4 missiles individually.

Enjoy

I like the turret attachment - this is what I want to do with the P1000's turret.

The only weakness with this turret attachment is a lack of much control over missile elevation.

For the P1000 i imagine an axel with sas mounted on the turret bearing could be used to do so.
