Same UV Map for different faces

In the UV/Image editor window, start by dragging the corners of each UV quad to approximate positions (e.g. all the top left vertices of the model's quads should be near the upper left of the image area, and so on).

Then, you can select groups of UV vertices and merge/align them so that the UV quads will all line up.
