Ok. Seriously need help finding a part, here.

Recommended Posts

I\'m trying to make a Titan II-GLV with as much accuracy as possible and I there\'s basically only one or two packs here that have even a couple 1.75M parts. Does anybody know where I can find a decoupler that looks like this in 1.75?

Any help would be seriously appreciated. Also, does anybody know where I can find any reference photos that show what the second stage of the Titan-II GLV looked like? I can\'t find that anywhere, either. I feel like Gemini was a premeditated conspiracy to make me frustrated at a game that wouldn\'t come out for 50 years. haha

I have just used the SIDR parts to make one.

As for the referance pictures

I should probably scale down one of those interstages to make a 2nd plain 1.75m part like that; the SIDR sleeve is cool looking, but sometimes a plain one is better.

Its on the list of Things To Do.

Did you make more 1.75m parts on your own? If not, then where are you getting the other 1.75m parts?

As far as I know, SIDR is the only parts ever made in 1.75m (and due to some rounding issues they aren\'t precisely 1.75, but that\'s a story for another day)

Those parts live on in NovaPunch, and there are 2 different decoupler sleeves that go with the 1.75m tanks and engines, as well as interstage adapters to go from 1.75 down to 1.25 and 1m and up to 2 and 3m. I can\'t imagine what else you need for your Titan.

Also, when you get petulant and demand things of people, it pretty much guarantees they won\'t go to any extra effort to help you. Something to think about.

Thanks to Tiberion, I have almost completely matched the color scheme of the Titan II GLV!

I never knew how to edit texture colors before, but I\'ve been totally exploiting it for this project.

Here\'s a picture of my Titan II.

Here\'s a picture of the real deal.
