Why do i have crew crazziness?! Why is orbit speed switched with surface?!

So, I loaded up KSP, and found that when I launched a vehicle, orbit velocity was 0m/s, and surface was 174.6m/s, when I went to the VAB to load up another craft to launch it, it kinda worked, but when the same thing happened, so I decide to use Hyperedit. When I did, i think that fixed the problem, but when I timewarped, the monopropellant went and it said in the bottom that the crew was crazy, so what is the mod that did that, or a hack, OR SOMETHING

PLEASE HELP!

Ummmm... how are we supposed to help you if we don't know what mods you're using?

It"s Ampyear. Once the crew get too crazy, they can dump resources.

Don't know about the speedometer tho
