How much does your Zarya weigh? Try using my stock Proton-takes 37 tons to LKO.

If you plan on using the space shuttle then yes. The RSS version of the space shuttle is quite large and you will need all the room you can get.

Ok, I was wonder because, everytime I open my save file for the Proton/Zarya , it kicks me outside the VAB itself

Actually I have had that same issue with rss. Its not because the craft is necessarily too big it just zooms outside the vab. I don't know why it does it. But even still the space shuttle is huge in the vab,

Yeah, I have been intending to start the project several times, but each time, it has met with a resounding failure. Last launch was QUITE amusing, failure-wise: The main rocket flew off with my payload section falling back down to the ground! (I think the Kraken is finally rearing its ugly head at me!) I am surprised that I am finally getting attacked by the Kraken! I have never faced this issue before!
