Moving to General Add-on Affairs, as that's the appropriate subforum for mod requests :) (Also tweaked the title to be a bit more specific, since if we had tons of threads labeled just things like "Mod Request," things would get just a little confusing.)

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you're asking for, but Infernal Robotics seems to be the go-to mod for making anything with lots of complex moving parts.
