What kind of dessert is Minmus?

I think we can all agree, Minmus must be made of some minty dessert... So what do you think it is? So far, the canidates are:

Mint Ice Cream

Slushy/Snowcone

Hard mint/mint chocolate

Mintmus is Mint Choc Chip; the turquoise ice surface is the Mint Ice Cream, the boulders are chunks of Chocolate.
