What do you think this could be? x-47b?

Particules, flakes, or droplets of condensation on the window. They are out of focus, so optical aberrations do the rest. In space, there is no wind, so they will simply move in whatever direction the little momentum they have pushes them. And anything that rotates in space will appear as "pulsing".

"They" can explain it easily. The problem is that you have the answer before you even ask the question so nothing will satisfy you.

If that's what you accept, fine. I still don't buy it. Tell me, can you discuss anything without making it personal?

Which pretty much proves my point. You can't be convinced, whatever the evidence that is presented to you.

Occam's Razor indicates that it's much more likely to be an optical phenomenon that you don't understand (which is not a personal attack, we can't all be experts in all fields of physics) rather than some sort of coverup involving thousands of employees from private and government organisations all over the world. Have you ever witnessed a secret shared by more than 3 people that hasn't ever leaked at some point?

You're right, it was the X-47B, here's an article from a Wash. DC firm that described it as being confused for a UFO. The pictures look pretty much identical. http://wtop.com/news/2012/06/ufo-on-the-beltway-not-quite/slide/1/

Based on that video in the article you posted I would agree it is an X47B with the wings removed for transport and wrapped in a tarp. I am around similar aircraft at work all the time I understand abit about how these types of aircraft are built.
