So what should I do?

To be honest, I have barley got to experience getting to the mun. I've been messing around with cheats this entire time, blowing stuff up, messing around with mods, etc etc.

Not that I'm getting bored messing around, but what should I do next? Create a world for seriousness? Truth be told, I hardly know how to even dock.

Any ideas or help?

Career Mode. That'll put paid to your messing around!

I'd say science mode. Let's you learn how to fly without having to worry about funds. It introduces new parts and functions at a slower rate, so it'll ease you into the more advanced stuff. That being said, docking is what some would consider semi-advanced, so if you're struggling, I wouldn't worry about it at this point.

I agree with doing a Carreer-mode.

It's like the puzzle-mode of KSP, having to actually engineer your designs efficiently.

You'll learn alot doing so.

Based on your statement, you like to mess around with stuff ... so I'd say a Science_sandbox game, because you might find career a bit restrictive in that sense. I would also say back off on the mods except for the essential stuff (stock bug fixes and docking cameras), and then as you learn more (gain more experience) add them on. Just my 2-cents.

Science Sandbox, and try to learn like we did in real life - take on the historical missions outlined in the wiki.

It's a sandbox game at heart. Learn to set goals for yourself or you'll get bored quickly. There's a whole solar system out there, explore it.

One of my favorite memories of stock KSP was rovering down a mountain on Moho. Obviously it ended in disaster but the Kerbal managed to survive the 50m/s+ crash and boy, was that a wild ride.
