How to disable Stock vessels in Sandbox mode?

I know you can't do it in options while creating a save unless it's career mode, but can you do anything aside from deleting the crafts from the game folder? I think that the stock crafts are saved in a folder apart from the individual savegame files, so I assume they're applied to all saves apart from those with it disabled... Somehow.

Pop open your persistence file and look for the line that says "AllowStockVessels = True" and change to False.

I believe there's an option in the debug menu to do this too... I don't recall if it's persistent or not.

I believe so, I didn't know they added it in the debug menu.
