I\'m sure this will destroy the ship when re-entry heating gets added - but, I decided to show how to put a capsule into an orbit around the sun exactly opposite of Kerbin\'s which leads to re-entering the atmosphere at 19km/sec (using less than 10km/s delta v)

Whew. I\'ve done prograde Kerbol->Kerbin intercepts with a closing speed of around 7k (for Booly\'s 'Shoot for the Sun challenge'), but never anything this extreme. I\'m really looking forward to getting home form work and watching this!

You blew my mind when you reversed your orbit to intercept the planet again. I\'m going to try some Solar orbit return missions now! Also, loved watching you skip off the atmosphere. Towards the end I was hoping you\'d show it.

Despite needing a bit more fuel than the regular method of re-intercept, this is by far the easiest way of reuniting with Kerbin.

Hmm. This is my standard method of getting to Minmus -- going retrograde to intercept it.

Shouldn\'t be too tough to alter it for Kerbol orbit.

Amazing job getting the interception right with v0.14. This became easier on 0.15, though it seems the SOI switch is not detected ahead of time when going in reverse.

I just want to get the rocket back into Kerbin\'s SOI, and then thrust directly towards to planet to go even faster. Maybe with some CFG edits we can skip rockets off the oceans back into space.
