You should replace the lowest middle solid rocket booster with a stack of fueltanks/long fueltanks with an rocket engine on the bottom.

the majority of our rocket technicians are fresh out of farming school. we've lost many kerbonauts during the learning process. our country doesn't have the technical ability to run ideas through a simulator, so we have to just build it and launch. this is why we are so pleased to have built a rocket that will make orbit finally!
