Missing 64-Bit Launcher

This is a strange one I've never heard of nor seen before. I have reinstalled the game multiple times, tried deleting the game in many different ways, checked anti-virus just in case, but nothing seems to have fixed it. I feel like this might just be me overlooking something, but I'm not sure what.

You probably missed this article and the announcement from Ted relayed here.

In short, KSP Win 64bit version could not be supported (was buggy and unstable, and Squad could not fix mainly due to lack of 64bit Unity editor), so for the coming 1.0 release that version is temporarily discontinued.

That's a shame: my computer has a bad CPU and GPU(just a low-range i3, 1.7ghz), so I won't be able to play KSP as well anyore. The 64 bit was much more stable for me than the 32 bit... Any suggestions for optimization?

Before they introduced 64bit executables for Windows there was a workaround to make it happen anyway. You might want to try out this 64bit hack maybe it still works for you. However keep in mind that you might render your KSP installation completely useless and need to reinstall it to work again.
