'Muricans sent dogs and chimps into space - Canada sent genetically engineered cats. It's much easier to build a manned spacecraft around a four kilo cat than a fifty kilo person. Well, once the kitty-litter problem was solved anyhow.

Sending cats to space is cruel because they'd be falling and they wouldn't know which way.

One thing I never understood is why we send giants into space, when we could send Kerbal sized little people into space. It would reduce cost more than 50%. If we use chimp sized people from the start, we would have saved so much, we could already have colonized mars!

We do send small people into space. You can't be too big to go into space.

I think I'd only want humans if it is possible to make them proportionally accurate.

Otherwise I'd rather see the Kerbal equivalent of a chimpanzee or a Robonaut like robot:

I would really like to see this. At Least change there skin shrink there eyes and make the helmets fit there heads. That alone would help allot. If somehow you could get an interstellar or ODST suite on them i would be ecstatic.

I really like the idea. I want KSP to be more serious when combined with RSS/RO, so I'd like a mod that replaces kerbals with humans.
