1.0 Doesnt work

Were do I start.

1. In career mode I cant open any buildings other than the VAB and when I get in there is no kit.

2. Sound defaults to off.

3. Cannot reasign any keys.

Write I think I found the issue, corrupted upgrade download. I deleted the game and its associated local files and reinstaled the game from Steam. Seems to work, therefore my assumption is a corrupted update instal.
