[1.0] Texture glitch+missing parts+Nothing clickable in VAB

Hi There,

So after getting a sat into orbit, I switched away to re-enter and land the debris. when I came back via the tracking station it looked like this:

Note that there was also about 6 or 7 parts behind the scanning array that are just gone, and I looked they weren't in orbit.

The other thing was that when I returned to the VAB to make another craft, I had placed about 10 parts and had just finished defining a fairing when the game would no longer let me select any parts, placed or not. the save/load/exit worked fine though. deleted that save and started a new one and same thing, no parts.
