tutorials and how-to's. where do i find them ?

so, i wan't to try and create my own parts, but all videos about making the parts in blender, unity and such is outdated to 0.23. anybody know where to find tutorials to get started ? i wouldn't mind reading a tutorial either (as long as there is pictures with.) all help is appreciated

The 0.23 tutorials are still fine for modelling. The part that need some update is the cfg but even those are nearly the same and you can compare with the stock part ones.
