sharedassets0 and 16

I cannot extract the game from the . zip and experience an error stating that it cannot extract the sharedassets0 and sharedassets16. Upon running without these files, the the text appears as a purple block and the game rarely loads.

Have you tried redownloading the game ?

[edit] Also to note I have had this problem with other x64 versions.

Are you using winrar? It's not as good as people think, Windows has a built-in zip archive extractor and there is the free program 7zip.

Yeah I was using winrar. I tried winrar and the default zip archiver, but neither has worked...

I doubt you'd have 5 corrupt zips in a row, what exactly does the error say?

It doesn't matter now, after 8 downloads and trying various ways of unzipping it it finally didn't corrupt.
