I've been struggling with camera control on orbital EVAs for several years and I just haven't figured out a good way to do it.

I've tried switching camera from Chase/Locked/Orbital but I always seem to get stuck where my Kerbal cannot tilt forward/backward. Anyone know how to deal with this?

Please share your tips and tricks for orbital EVA movement in dealing with the camera.
