"Set Speed Record" not claimed

Description

I didn't get "Set Speed Record of 2,500 m/s" despite speed indicator showing 2531 m/s. ship uses only stock parts.

It is possible that the "Set Speed Record of 2,500 m/s" contract is only checking the surface speed and not the orbital speed which is shown on your navball.

Must be surface not orbital

I noticed on a lower speed record that it DID require the SURFACE speed to be above the listed value. As a side note, my 2500 m/s goal disappeared randomly just before the mission in which I surpassed that limit. It does not appear in my completed, failed, or cancelled contracts.
