Closing a faring occasionally makes craft's unclickable

What Happens: In the VAB, completing the construction of a faring occasionally results in the craft becoming impossible to register a left-click.

Steps to Replicate: Complete/close a payload faring. It doesn't happen all the time, but still pretty frequently. I'm not sure faring geometry is a factor but on the off chance it is, see this screenshot.

Result: Craft becomes impossible to register a left-click on (effectively making craft parts impossible to remove or rearrange). Left-clicks on any GUI elements and menus continue to behave normally, and right-clicks continue to work properly everywhere (even on craft parts).

Fixes/Workarounds: Restart KSP.

I encountered the same problem. Also this seem to happen with struts sometimes, too.

I just confirmed it's still an issue in KSP 1.0.2.
