Looks like your using the Scatterer Mod. If you are its currently very buggy and WIP ( Work In Progress ) and you should expect things like that to happen. If it you are using scatterer it could also conflicting with FASA ( I'm not sure if you're using it ) and other mods you may have. I would suggest posting this in the Mod Thread so that the Mod Developer can see this.

If you invert the colors, rotate 86 degrees to the left, zoom & enhance, you can see part of the stage lights.
