Service Bay Ramp?

I would really like to make some recoverable rovers, but due to the need for a heat sheild now my old methods of recovery wont work.

Are there any mods that either have a service bay with a ramp preferable in 2.5 meters, or just a ramp itself?

I don't believe there are any mods that do that specifically, but I'm willing to bed that with Infernal Robotics you could make something similar.

The Mk4 Spaceplane mod includes a large cargo bay with a rear ramp.

For most planets, however, ramps are not necessary. RCS and Vernors make short-flight VTOL easy to do, especially in low-G, so you can hover back into position in a cargo bay.
