I met all four parameters (green arrows) hit spacebar and deployed the chute but I did not get credit. Tried it twice with same result. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? One thing to note, it is attached to the small capsule, not the larger one because I have not researched the larger capsule yet.

Is there any chance that it is a 'run test' test mission rather than an 'activate part in staging sequence' test mission?
