Game keeps crashing when pointing towards manouvere node vector

So I can get this plane into space, I setup a manoeuvre node and select SAS to point towards the blue manoeuvre vector, (it usually overshoots, but everyone knows that), as soon as it settles down the game crashes to desktop.

I managed to reload the game and reach orbit successfully the second time however when I went to use the same method to de-orbit it crashed again. Happens every time now. I thought it was because I enabled temperatures to be displayed in the part menus but it still crashed, even when not enabled.

I should note that when the game crashes I get no warnings or messages from Windows. That game just closes.

Also I had another crash after de-orbiting. Have a feeling it is due to the engines overheating but I am unsure...

Hold on, after reviewing the output log I'm seeing out of memory issues with a Better Timewarp mod. I didn't realise I had that still installed. I will remove it and see that cures the issue.

Damn, no it still crashed without that mod.
