That would be the fairing base.

It's amazing I can say that tank is made completely out of stock parts. - I'm a die hard stock part only player, but texture packs and visual enhancers I'm all for.

Both the bottom and the top are made from fairings. They're purdy :3

Very nice. Might I also add you could run a cylindrical one all the way up the side to hide the individual tanks inside!
