Tune magnetic force from docking ports

I am trying to figure out how Realism Overhaul manages to turn down/off the magnetic force from the docking ports, but have so far been unable to find hints as to how they do that. (I'm trying to figure this out since I am only interested in that specific bit of realism overhaul, not the entire pack of mods).

My investigations so far have focused on the dll module, which seems to focus only on some engine control stuff, and the GameData/RealismOverhaul directories in the source package, but neither have given away the secret so far. Does someone know where this is done/have a suggestion as to what I might have overlooked?

No seed to look at plugin source. The force between docking port is defined in their config. Here are the relevant values and their default :

acquireForce = 2

acquireTorque= 2

acquireRange = 0.5

captureRange = 0.06

captureMaxRvel = 0.3
