Cannot control rocket after max warp

KSP Version: V 1.0.2.842 Steam x64

Explanation: After I come to normal from max warp I cannot control anything on the rocket. The RCS,SAS,any keys on the keyboard, staging, etc. nothing works besides the esc menu to go back to the space center. The space center and other vehicles work fine, just not the ones that I have used max warp on.

This has been going since Beta, I tried uninstalling google chrome and that didn't help it either. Any help is appreciated.

No the whole thing just stops responding. If you look at the pics I posted you can see I cannot change the staging order after it has occurred.

EDIT: I just realized my mouse pointer is not in the pics.

Same thing happened to me today during my first successful orbit of all things. Hit max warp to enjoy a few trips around Kerbin, back to normal and then nothing. Can't turn, throttle, stage, nothing. Just by luck found a way around it. Went to the Tracking Station, selected my rocket on the screen, and hit the 'FLY' button. Everything came back to normal.

Yeah I keep trying that and nothing changes. It sucks because I have to wait for any interplanetary crafts to get to their locations.

Cause the problem, the open the debug menu with alt-f12.

Click "Show Input Lock Stack" and post here what input locks are/were in effect, if any.

I went to the previous save that has the problem active.

The input lock is: vessel_noControl_33951c5f-5be3-4d17-9776-0ed06383aa1d

Did you try clearing the input lock in the debug menu?

Also, next time this happens please have the Alt+F2 debug screen and the resource tab open and get a screenshot.

I loaded your persistent.sfs, you have no electric charge in the vessel, you needed solar panels on it

I was suspecting it might be TimeWarpLock, but vessel_noControl means you have no Kerbals in manned command modules and no probe cores with electric charge.
