Lower time warp values (e.g. 0.5x) -- for precise or tricky maneuvers and landings

Recommended Posts

Seems to me there's a reasonable need for a 0.5x time warp setting, whether it's landing a large and cumbersome spaceplane at KSP that is carrying heaps of science onboard after returning from an extended duration, or whether it's maneuvering said tricksome spaceplane in an unforgiving supersonic high Kerbin atmo re-entry, or whether it's getting that burn just right, or whether it's not getting burned on a high-G stressful landing on the Mun (Eve), or whether...

Am I the only one that feels this way?

Disclaimer: I checked this and that and even did a cursory search before this suggestion. (higher accels were forbidden but not lower)

It's useful, yes, but it's also kind of cheating. You can get the effect naturally, however, by having a slower computer or just running a ship large and complex enough to get into the yellow time dilation.

As long as we're discussing adding more time warp values, can I suggest changing 5x and 50x to 3x and 30x, and adding 300x, 3000x, and 30,000x?
