Tanks are draining unevenly causing the vehicle to lean to one side

What is causing the uneven fuel drainage in this video (you might want to mute - I forget that Fraps records the music I'm listening to)?

Maybe some hidden fuel line that you have forgot to delete and is barely visible? Or maybe it has something to do with the engines configuration some thrust limitation?

I display the thrust limits (both set to 100%) in the video and there's no fuel line in the craft. I've uploaded the craft file.

Is one of the engines thrust-limited for balance? Are you using any throttle control mods? Which part is the root part?

I don't know which part is the root. I think it might be the central fuel tank (empty in the video) but I can change it to anything you think it should be. The only mod I have is Kerbal Alarm Clock.

Try changing the root part to be the docking port on top, see if that helps. (I'm grasping at straws here, not sure exactly what is happening.)

The same thing happens with root set to the docking port (it was previously the central tank which itself has no involvement (it doesn't contain oxidiser)).

I noticed some fuel flow weirdness yesterday as well. I made a base with a hitchhiker as a root part ( basically 2 hitchhikers, a cupola, hex probe core, 4 rockomax tanks and LV-909s ). Ran some tests on it this morning and got the same fuel flow issues even if the root was changed but no fuel flow problems if the hitchhiker wasn't used as the root part in the initial construction. There are no fuel lines, each engine should run off its own separate tank.

Not a massive problem in my case since they were draining symmetrically but if it's a similar problem it might help.

I'm having the same problem with asymmetrical fuel drain, this one being an asparagus staged heavy lifter. The problem here is that it's not draining the fuel evenly from each stage.
