Good Antenna Mods?

I have been playing KSP for awhile now, and I have always thought the seemingly infinite range of the stock antennas to be a little too easy. I know that there have been mods to the comm system before, but what good antenna mods are out there for v1.0?

There is "Antena range" which uses stock antennas but gives them max range for transmiting and my favourite "Remote Tech 2" where you have to have LOS to mission control or relay satelites to transmit data or to control probes. No connection means that a probe is withouth guidance and uncontrolable. With that mod you get a couple of new antennas too.

While RT2 is a little bit complicated it gives you so much realisam that I refuse to play withouth it. Oh, and there is even lag for commands given to probes because of the light speed limitations

Antena range also has LOS and uncontrolable with out it but you have to turn it on in the settings but there is no delay like RT.

RemoteTech is your best choice for communication system mod.

AIES also gives you some very nice antenna models.

One thing I'd like to see are some deployable masts to mount our antennas on.

That is without having to cobble them together with Infernal Robotics

Is the Remote Tech mod compatible with 1.0?
