Rover/Probe Test Area

I can't take credit for the idea, but I saw a thread on Reddit and wanted to make sure the idea was captured here.

It would be awesome if we had an area in the Kerbal Space Center to test rovers and probes. I am envisioning this as a new "section" that works similar to how the Launchpad and Runway work now where the player can click on them in the Space Center scene, choose a craft, and start the launch there.

If we had something like what NASA is using for the Morpheus Lander project, this would be a good start!

It could also simulate the gravity of chosen planet. Just so we could test how much friction the rover would have at different speeds.
