Improve thermal connection between solar panels and the parts they are connected to

The only parts that are, according to the descriptions, designed to dissipate heat are some of the solar panels but their temperature seems to trail far behind that of the parts they are connected to. If the thermal connection was improved the panels would compete better with the wings many are using instead to dissipate heat.
