Empty SPH and VAB

I have a problem.The SPH and VAB are completely empty.There are no parts to select whatsoever, even if i filter them.

Prior to starting the game i deleted two mods: TweakScale and IR, three if you include ModuleManager.

I went into an old save and encountered this problem.Then i exited out into the main menu, deleted the save and created a new world.

The parts are still missing.Why does this happen and how do i solve this? I'm running KSP 1.0.2

EDIT: BTW, the part icons(Command Pods, Structural, Engines and etc.)are broken.And the panel where i'm supposed to 'select' parts, is merged in a weird way with Subassemblies.

Can you check that your GameData/Squad folder still exists and upload your KSP.log please.

KSP makes a KSP.log in the same folder as the KSP.exe, and an output_log in KSPData every time the game is started, if the files are not there it suggests there is a write permissions issue.

Looks like it's loading your parts, but I recommend getting your KSP install off of your desktop. Sometimes KSP has an issue with being installed to locations like the desktop, documents, or Program Files. I recommend that you copy and paste KSP to a location such as C:\Games. Do NOT "move" KSP, because windows will remember that it's from a protected location and still cause issues. Instead of copy/paste, you could also install a fresh copy from the zip, which would also get around any windows file protection issues.

Give that a try and see if it helps.

I have a similar bug. And it also happened after I deleted a mod and ModuleManager. I use Steam version and it all worked fine before. I tried to reinstall game by uninstalling it and deleting everything but saves, but it didn't help.

I can load saved craft, but cannot build anything.

Yes, I have EVE and KER installed, but deleting them doesn't change anything. I suspect that has something to do with ModuleManager removal.

I too have the same bug, I tried to install the new official asteroid mod and saw this in the VAB:

There were no difference in uninstalling the mod, did try creating a new save and same result

Did reinstall the game and the issue was fixed.

Edit: the mod works too now.
