Linear docking / RCS controls.

So, what is going on with this? Used to be you pop it into linear translation mode and WASD would change to translation. Press spacebar to revert to rotational mode, and WASD does pitch/roll, etc.

Now it does basically nothing. Yet another 1.0 bug or did something change for the worse for some reason?

The settings.cfg from previous versions breaks docking mode in 1.0.x, if you delete your settings.cfg KSP will generate a new one and this fixes the issue
