OK, so, I've been trying to add my companies logo into the game sense 0.25, HatBat had a way to do that, unfortunately, i cannot get it to work, can someone post a tutorial video of making a logo part?

put a picture of the flag in your squad/flag folder

Make sure it is 256 x 160 pixels, saved as a png, and put it in GameData/Squad/Flags (you can actually put it anywhere I think, as long as it is in GameData and in a subfolder named Flags)

It doesn't have to be in the Squad folder, but it does have to be within GameData and the folder containing it must be named "Flags" (case sensitive I believe). I recommend putting it in something like "GameData\HalcoAerospace\Flags" so that in case you ever make a mod part or plugin you can use that same folder, plus it'll be easy to find your flag image if you ever want to edit or replace it.

Also, avoid moving it afterwards. In the persistant file, vessels record the save path for the flag they have, so if you move it somewhere, that vessel won't be able to find its flag.

Though it is possible to file edit to change a vessel's (a part's really, flags are saved to individiual parts) flag.
