Problems with remote guidance after Decouple (RC-L01 Remote Guidance Unit)

Sup guys,

I have a station and i build a lifter with 1 orange full tank controled by a RC-L01 Remote Guidance Unit to deliver it to my station. everything right, docked it perfectly

Schematic > rest/RC-L01/thugdock/tankdock/tank/tankdock/stationdock/station

Was controling the thug with cargo to dock, after docking i whas able to control the whole thing, so i undocked clicking on the bold tankdock, and whas unable to regain control of my previous vessel. Used M and unable to click to change control. am i doing something wrong? dont want to just leave it there

tryed to undock by the ITALIC dock in the schematic but same result

Do both vessels have power? Are your docking ports facing the same way?

Do you mean it will not let you switch vessels or that the controls have no effects? If the latter, you are most likely out of electricity or monopropellant.

both vessels have power. couple of battery and generators on the thug, the dock ports are in the right way, can dock or undock anyside. it wont let me change vessels, regain thug control ):

If you're playing on PC, use brackets [ ] to switch control to another vehicle. It's nigh on impossible to do it from the map view when they are in such close proximity.

Friendly tip: Tug, not thug. Thugs are different. Thugs are bad.

It's most likely a bug. Try restarting your game.

after restarting my entire pc, [ ] worked again and again i was able to see my thug via the tracking station. thank you guys.

Hey, no problem! This kind of stuff happens all the time, and can be quite confusing.
