Crashed savefile

I have the following mods:

-mechjeb

-Kas

(lastest version, kas still working for me)

I have version 1.0.2

I started my gilly landing mission, i have my ship covered with a fairing to secure its aerocapture on Eve... when it passed the atmosphere, i detached the afiring and...

The state of my ship changed to Landed, at 287 km above gorund. The ceontrols didnt work and eva was inoperable... So I decided to play as god... I changed the state of my ship using persistents.sfs and then, wjen i try to load the savefile, it doesnt work, i started a new file.

Can anyone hel me to fix that? This is the persistents.sfs, the name of the ship is Gilly landing Mission
